The property is quirky, it has best staff at a female member of staff. Everything is perfect, the room is well-appointed and impeccably clean with a balcony and tea and faster WiFi. Hotel restaurant is good for the dinner.

The location is perfect, you see the sunrise directly from
Your room, a good surprise. The ambiance with the cosy couches near the fireplace in the restaurant is inviting, but the room itself felt a bit dated. A decent stay despite some minor issues.

The hotel has amazing mountain panoramas.
The heating in the room could not be adjusted. Despite opening the windows for fresh air, I was greeted with smoke from the chimney, ruining any chance for comfort. The breakfast offerings were nearly depleted by the time I arrived, and the staff didn't bother to refill them. This was not what I expected from a hotel at this price point.

Overall it was a FAIRLY NICE stay at an excellent value for money. The location was great and perfect, for example, Troodos Mountains was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were superbly friendly and very pleasant.

The plumbing noises at night were quite disturbing, the hotel furnishings felt outdated and in need of modernization!!! The cleanliness of shared facilities could use a thorough deep clean!!!

Really good mountain views , and the breakfast spread was good ! The staff were really nice too accommodate us , especially with my husband needing extra time in our room.
The lack of air conditioning made our stay a bit uncomfortable during the heatwave.
